Robert Dylan Bare came to LA five years ago immediately after receiving his BFA in Acting from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas. Robert’s giftedness for dialects landed him the co-lead role of Charlie in the highly regarded short film Blood Brothers, written and directed by Max Chernov. The film was supported by JJ Abrams’, Bad Robot production team and made the top 100 list of Live Action Shorts for consideration for the 2016 Academy Awards. Most recently, AT&T also sought out Robert Dylan’s English dialect for their national “No Fee” Jack and the Beanstalk radio campaign. Seriously committed to continuing to develop his artistic talents, Robert has worked on his dramatic acting skills taking class with David Grey and has put up scenes at the Beverly Hills Playhouse. Robert sharpens his comedic ability taking part in UCB’s improv classes and he’s written and performed his own stand-up material at the Comedy Store. When not focusing on his acting career, Robert is lead singer and plays lead guitar in the indie band he founded, Geauxlightly. Geauxlightly released their first EP in September 2019.
